I built Juniper Strategy Studio to help mission-driven leaders make sense of change, clarify difficult choices, and create practical ways forward.
I bring experience in fundraising, governance, organizational transition, and strategy. My work begins with listening to the people closest to it, asking thoughtful questions, and helping leaders name the choices and responsibilities in front of them.
