About Amy

I'm Amy Curran, a nonprofit strategist and fundraising advisor. For 24 years, I've worked alongside nonprofit leaders, boards, donors, and teams to clarify what they're building and help the work move forward. Most recently, I served as Chief Development Officer at Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.

I started Juniper Strategy Studio to work closely with mission-driven organizations at the moments that matter most: a leadership change, a campaign, a new phase of growth, or a story that isn't yet helping people understand why the work matters.

How I work

I believe care deserves rigor. Good intentions need clear priorities, honest stories, and practical structure to make a lasting difference.

I come to each organization curious. I don't assume I already have the answer. The best answers usually come from listening to the people closest to the work and being willing to try an idea before building it out.

I put people first, and I take outcomes seriously, because outcomes land on real people.

A right-sized studio

Juniper is a strategy studio, not a large agency. When a project calls for specialized expertise, such as film, design, or facilitation, I bring in trusted collaborators whose experience fits the work. I stay with the work from start to finish.
